The Sioux Falls Izaak Walton League hosts trap shooting on Wednesday nights from late April through October. Youth trap league is also hosted on Monday and Thursday nights. Additional information for these events can be found on the calendar tab.Â
The trap range was renovated in the fall of 2017 with the addition of new trap houses and station updates. New lighting was added to trap 5 in the fall of 2021. Three new trap throwers were added in 2022.

Fun Night was August 28. It was a fun time, with some extra attractions available including doubles, Crazy Quail & the largest Annie Oakley group this season.

Summer League Trap Shooting Banquet
The awards banquet was held Wednesday, September 4 with a big turnout. The event featured a meal of chicken, corn on the cob, buns, salads, fruit, and desserts. Thanks to those who brought in salads and desserts and helped with the event. Silver coins were awarded to top shooters and top 2 teams along with other awards.Â
